Job summary

The Key Lead at A&F Stores, Inc. is responsible for ensuring customers receive a quality in-store experience, acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales.

This role sits on the store leadership team and emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and brand presentation, with opening/closing routines, POS operation, and omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative and confidence.
• Adaptability and flexibility, detail-oriented with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
