STIIIZY is seeking a Full-Time Retail Manager in California to assist the General Manager with daily operations and team leadership. The role emphasizes setting a positive example, motivating coworkers, and building a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

You will train staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and work with management to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in leading the retail team and overseeing day-to-day operations.
