Job summary

The Key Lead at A&F Stores, Inc. ensures a quality in-store experience and acts as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and meet daily sales goals.

You’ll open and close the store, operate the POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visuals, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred; retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
