ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Jacksonville, Florida, is looking for a skilled Floor Installer. You will be responsible for installing LVP, carpet, and pad with great attention to detail. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of flooring installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical work daily. What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in delivering the finished product our customers see and remember.

• Install LVP, carpet, and pad with precision and attention to detail
• Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure a clean, professional finish
• Prepare subfloors (leveling, cleaning, minor repairs) prior to installation
• Remove and dispose of existing flooring as needed
• Complete seams, transitions, and finishing details the right way
• Work closely with Project Managers to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate progress and flag any job site concerns early
