Key Responsibilities:

1. Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures with high attention to detail and care.
2. Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
3. Understand the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project file.
4. Responsible for properly handling company machinery and power tools.
5. Knowledge of units of measurement and able to complete simple math calculations.
6. Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner; must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer’s home.
7. Ensure high quality company standards are met every time.
8. Work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job.
9. Job requires travel throughout the week.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years in flooring installation.
2. Valid driver’s license and functioning vehicle.
3. Ability to pass a background check.
4. Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly.
5. This position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting.
6. This position travels to various work locations throughout the week.
7. This is a remote position.
