About Us

About The Position

Under supervision, this position will assist with various assembly responsibilities to fabricate products for customers.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assemble resistors at floor stations.
  • Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
  • Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.
  • Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Use computer-controlled equipment to select position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines.
  • Control and adjust machine settings to complete more complex tasks.
  • Perform traveler tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety and ISO procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist team members with trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience: 0-2 years of manufacturing experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Some basic test knowledge using equipment. Must be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines. Must be able to work independently and productively. Good hand coordination and vision required. Positive attitude, punctuality and flexibility are required to drive success.
