Covenant Living in California is seeking a Floor and Custodial Technician to provide campus cleaning and floor care across the facility, supporting residents and staff. This role covers general custodial duties, minor maintenance, and adherence to safety standards to keep our community clean and welcoming.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience with various floor surfaces, strong English communication, and dependable work habits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial cleaning and floor care desired.
• Good English communication with residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Perform custodial cleaning in assigned areas following schedule.
• Assist in emergency clean-ups and project cleaning.
• Maintain floors via sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing.
• Move furniture and handle minor maintenance tasks.
• Observe and report facility repairs and safety issues.
