Job summary

Covenant Living seeks a Floor and Custodial Technician to keep our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff. You will perform floor care, general custodial tasks, light maintenance, linen handling, and inventory, following established standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in housekeeping and/or general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Dependability and ability to organize daily cleaning schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial and cleaning functions in assigned areas according to standards.
• Maintain floors with sweeping, mopping, waxing, and related tasks using appropriate equipment.
• Assist in minor maintenance such as light bulbs and basic repairs as needed.
• Participate in linen program and inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked.
