Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Floor and Custodial Technician to provide campus custodial cleaning, floor maintenance, and minor repairs across the facility. You will support residents and staff by keeping areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

The role emphasizes dependable, English-speaking team members who can follow schedules and report maintenance needs. This is a full-time on-site position with a strong benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping and/or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with various floors and surfaces for cleaning and safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building/facility custodial and cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, vacuuming, and buffing.
• Move furniture, remove trash, and report repairs needed.
• Participate in linen program and guest room servicing.
• Assist in inventory control and stocking of supplies.
