Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Floor and Custodial Technician to provide campus services, including floor care, custodial cleaning, and minor maintenance to support residents and staff.

Responsibilities include following schedules, cleaning inside and outside areas, deep cleaning during transfers, and maintaining floors with stripping, mopping, waxing, and buffing using specialized equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping/maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with various floors and surfaces for cleaning and safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• An interest in and desire to work with older adults.

Responsabilités

• Perform general custodial and cleaning tasks per schedule.
• Maintain floors using cleaning equipment and methods.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks (bulbs, toilets, batteries).
• Assist with linen program and guest bed making as needed.
• Participate in inventory and stocking of campus supplies.
