TORQ Coatings is hiring a Floor Coating Installer to serve the Chicagoland area. The role involves installing garage and concrete floor coatings, grinding/prepping floors, and applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings as part of a crew. We offer a 4‑day work week, paid training, and opportunities in a growing company.

No prior floor coating experience is required as training is provided. Most projects are completed in one day, providing quick-ready results and potential for advanced roles over

Job description

Floor Coating Installer

Location: Chicagoland Area

Compensation: $20–$25/hr

Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | Paid Training

We’re hiring hardworking installers to join a growing concrete floor coating company serving the Chicagoland area.

No floor coating experience required , we train the right people.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work with a crew to install garage and concrete floor coatings for homeowners and some commercial spaces.

Daily tasks include:

• Grinding and preparing concrete floors
• Applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
• Moving materials and equipment
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Working with a team to complete projects efficiently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet most of the day
