Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparing the work area, ensuring proper surface preparation and levelling.
• Grinding concrete, jack hammering, vacuuming, filing and repairing holes, cracks and joints.
• Mixing materials, scrapping, squeeging, rolling the floor and brushing the radius.
• Installing and applying epoxy flooring materials with precision and efficiency.
• Operating machinery.
• Move heavy equipment used at the jobsite (must be able to lift 50 plus pounds).
• Removing existing floors (possible shot blasting if needed).
• Ensuring a high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every installation.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns.

Requirements

• Some knowledge of floor preparation, levelling, and installation techniques is a plus.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills to tackle any challenges that may arise.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
