Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors is seeking full-time floor coating installers (Installer & Lead Installer) to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. Competitive pay with on-the-job training, potential raises based on performance and leadership.

Year-round work with overtime eligibility and paid vacation/holidays. Responsibilities include loading materials, operating grinders, applying coatings, and maintaining safety and organization on site.

Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems.

Job Tasks

Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.

Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.

Apply concrete coatings.

Communicate with customers & other personnel.

Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.

Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Physical Abilities

• Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing more than 100 lbs occasionally.

• Ability to work on knees or in a kneeling position occasionally.
• Perform physical activities (sometimes strenuous).
