Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors LLC is seeking full-time floor coating installers, including an Installer and Lead Installer, to prepare and install concrete flooring systems in a fast-growing environment.

You will load materials, operate grinders, apply coatings, and communicate with customers while keeping a safe, organized site. The role offers on-the-job training, paid vacation and holidays, overtime eligibility, year-round work, and clear growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Overtime eligible.
• Ability to work nights or weekends when required.

• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.

Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. Competitive pay with pay increases based on performance and ability to lead a team.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

Salary: $41600 - $46000 per year
