Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors LLC is seeking full-time floor coating installers to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. The role offers competitive pay with pay increases based on performance and leadership ability.

Training is provided on the job, with paid vacation, holidays, and overtime eligible, and year-round work available. Responsibilities include loading materials, operating grinders, applying coatings, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required; nights/weekends may be necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate walk-behind or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers and other personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.
• Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

Looking for both an Installer & Lead Installer whose primary function is to prepare and install concrete flooring systems.

Job Tasks

• Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.
• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers & other personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.
• Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.

Salary: $38000 - $46000 per year
