Castle Floor Coatings in Maryland is growing and hiring motivated, hard-working people for full-time positions serving Maryland and Virginia. No floor coating experience required—we can teach the trade.

This is physical, fast-paced, hands-on work with real opportunities to learn a skilled trade and grow with our company. Work involves preparing concrete surfaces, grinders and tools, lifting heavy materials, and outdoor/indoor duties in all seasons.

• Able to work outdoors year-round and in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces for floor coatings.
• Operate grinders, vacuums, and hand/power tools.

What the Job Involves

• Preparing concrete surfaces for floor coatings
• Using grinders, vacuums, hand and power tools
• Lifting and carrying heavy materials and equipment
• Standing, bending, and kneeling throughout the day
• Working indoors and outdoors in all seasons, including hot and cold weather
• Keeping tools and jobsites clean and organized
• Following our installation process and safety procedures
• Working closely with the crew to complete quality projects
