This is physical, fast-paced, hands-on work with real opportunities to learn a skilled trade and grow with our company. Work involves preparing concrete surfaces, grinders and tools, lifting heavy materials, and outdoor/indoor duties in all seasons.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with a solid work ethic.
• Able to work outdoors year-round and in a fast-paced setting.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concrete surfaces for floor coatings.
• Operate grinders, vacuums, and hand/power tools.
• Lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized tools and jobsites.
• Follow installation processes and safety procedures.
