Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is looking for a Floor Technician to maintain and transform floors, using our tools and methods. You’ll perform daily floor care, carpet maintenance, and hard floor restoration while supporting the team with supplies and moves. Training will be provided to master all aspects of floor care.

You’ll need a strong work ethic, the ability to stand and lift up to 75 lbs, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 lbs throughout shift.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus—we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Team support: moving furniture and managing supplies.
