Villa Georgetown Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Georgetown, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Floor Tech to keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming. You will care for floors, assist with maintenance tasks, and help ensure every hallway shines while supporting residents and staff.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial floor care is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move equipment throughout the facility.
• A positive attitude and commitment to serving older adults with respect and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, scrubbing, and refinishing various floor surfaces.
• Clean and maintain carpeted areas using commercial carpet cleaning equipment.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping projects as needed.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Help maintain a clean, attractive, and hazard-free environment throughout the facility.
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance.

What You'll Do
