Job summary

Heritage Villa, a senior living community, is seeking a Floor Maintenance Worker to keep floors clean and safe for residents. You will mop, wax, strip and buffer floors, shampoo and vacuum carpets, and arrange furniture to support a tidy environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, and good English communication. The role is full-time, on-site, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training under new management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally.
• Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Mopping, waxing, stripping, buffering floors.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture.
