Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean and safe floor areas within the facility. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, stripping and refinishing hard floors, vacuuming carpets, moving furniture, and ensuring equipment is in good condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 2 years of experience cleaning floors is required
• Proficiency in following detailed instructions in English
• Knowledge of floor surfaces, chemicals, and equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, stripping and refinishing of hard floors
• Vacuum and scrub carpeted surfaces
• Move and return furniture to original position
• Monitor supplies and request cleaning solutions as needed
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and tuggers
• Maintain PPE and follow safety guidelines
• Report maintenance needs to supervisor
• Recycling and trash disposal duties
• Carry out additional assigned tasks
