Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Floorcare Technician to clean and maintain carpet across client sites while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 18 months of related work, with preferred experience in floor stripping/waxing and carpet cleaning. Training is provided, and knowledge of cleaning chemicals is essential. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 months of full-time work experience directly related to the role.
• Prefer experience with stripping/waxing floors and carpet cleaning.
• Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work – mentor approval before working alone.
• Must be well-versed on chemicals and their use.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain carpet to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance issues.
• Inspect areas prior to cleaning for damage and stains; select washing method.
• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment; store chemicals properly.
• Assist in maintaining storage areas and vehicle upkeep.
• Provide excellent guest service and respond to issues promptly.
