Environmental Service Systems, LLC is hiring a Floor Technician to scrub, shine, clean and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals. You will operate machinery and move furniture while following safety guidelines to prevent injuries.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent or 1 year floor technician experience.
• Experience in general commercial cleaning including restrooms, offices, and common areas is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment (automatic scrubbers, burnishers, vacuums) and clean surfaces.
• Dust mop, scrub, strip, refinish, and recoat floors as scheduled.
• Coordinate with team to complete floor care tasks within project scope.
