MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Floorcare Technician to clean and maintain carpet across multiple facilities in the hospitality sector. You will follow safety and quality standards while preparing spaces for occupancy, inspecting areas for damage, and selecting appropriate cleaning methods.

The role calls for carpet cleaning experience, 18 months of related work, and thorough training with chemical knowledge. Benefits include paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 18 months of full-time work experience directly related to the role.
• Prefer experience with stripping/waxing floors and carpet cleaning experience.
• Must be trained thoroughly before starting work and receive mentor approval.
• Must be well-versed on chemicals and their use.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all areas prior to cleaning for damage and stains.
• Determine washing method based on condition and fiber.
• Vacuum loose dirt and debris; pre-treat stains as needed.
• Walk all assigned buildings to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Report maintenance issues and maintain cleaning equipment daily.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and assist guests as needed.
