Job summary

CW Resources is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Fort Lee, VA, with 1+ year of experience to maintain floors across tile, vinyl, carpet, and concrete. You will operate buffers, scrubbers, extractors, burnishers, and vacuums, perform deep cleaning, and follow safety protocols.

The role supports the PS Local Union 572 Liuna, AFL-CIO wage terms. Benefits include pension and health/welfare contributions per the union agreement; strong attention to safety and teamwork are valued as you contribute

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on floor care or janitorial experience.
• Experience operating floor care machines (buffers, auto-scrubbers, burnishers, carpet extractors).
• Knowledge of floor types and proper cleaning methods.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care machines to complete daily and project tasks.
• Perform deep cleaning like stripping wax, applying coatings, and carpet cleaning.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Ensure floors are clean, safe, and presentable.
