Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner / Floor Technician for immediate hire. You will perform floor maintenance, stripping, waxing and scrubbing, plus janitorial duties in a factory setting.

Hours include Sunday 8am-4pm and Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm; compensation is $13/hr. Benefits after 60 days, 401K after 90 days, and vacation after a year are offered. Safety and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Detail-oriented with flexibility for non-routine cleaning projects.
Willingness to work with cleaning chemicals and floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors, including stripping, waxing and scrubbing factory floors, restrooms and break room.
Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
Use and maintain appropriate cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely.
Observe safety precautions and follow wet floor signs.
Report safety hazards as appropriate.
Janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash, stocking supplies.
