Responsibilities

• Maintain floors (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction) across offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, and other public areas.
• Apply stripper to floors to remove old wax and refinish floors with new wax.
• Complete assigned areas on schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Use and maintain equipment properly and safely.
• Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely.
• Observe safety precautions (wet floor signs) at all times and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
