The role requires operating floor machines, carpet-cleaning equipment, and transporting gear. A valid driver's license is required, and weekend work may be necessary as projects demand. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous professional floor-care experience is required.
• Experience stripping and waxing floors.
• Experience operating scrubbers, buffers, and carpet-cleaning machines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Dependable transportation to the designated meeting or reporting location.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Must be reliable, flexible, and available to work weekends when projects require it.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, and refinish floors.
• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and other floor machines.
• Operate carpet-cleaning and extraction machines.
• Complete special cleaning and floor-care projects.
• Perform general cleaning and cover assigned accounts when needed.
• Transport equipment and supplies to assigned locations.
• Properly maintain company equipment and the assigned work van.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Travel to different customer locations throughout Maryland as assigned.
