Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and applying proper procedures.
• Operate various industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large area cleaning.
• Carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
