Job summary

Sizemore Inc. in Virginia, MN is hiring a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors and carpets across onsite locations.

You will perform mopping, scrubbing, bonneting, shampooing and extraction, using floor care equipment under limited supervision and collaborating with a Building Maintenance team to ensure clean, safe environments. The role requires lifting up to 45 pounds, flexibility to work night/early shifts, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Basic cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and store personnel.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and work night or early shifts.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care, including mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Provides carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting.
• Performs general cleaning such as dusting and restroom cleaning.
• Operates floor care machines safely.
• Reports time worked and equipment issues.
• Supports and demonstrates Sizemore’s core values.
