Job summary

BayCare’s St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a full-time environmental services team member for floor and general cleaning. The role includes cleaning patient and non-patient areas, moving furniture, and complying with safety and infection control standards. Weekend work is required on a rotating basis.

Minimal experience of six months in cleaning or floor care is preferred. The position is hourly and on-site, with no on-call responsibilities. Equal opportunity employer.

• Facility: St. Anthony's Hospital
• Location: St. Petersburg, FL
• Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
• Schedule: Full Time, hourly
• Weekend Work: Yes, every other weekend
• On Call: No

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing detailed floor care
• Specialized cleaning and departmental functions in patient and non-patient areas and assigned floor care functions based on hospital standards in accordance with safety and infection control requirements; moves and sets up furniture
• Ceans up spills
• Maintains equipment, furniture, and supplies to aid in cost control
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Required specific skills include:

• Operate and maintain floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment.
• Six Months Experience
