Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Housekeeping team member at St. Joseph's North in Lutz, FL. The role involves cleaning patient rooms, offices, and ancillary areas, distributing linen, and maintaining equipment and supplies.

The position is PRN and non-benefit eligible, with a fixed shift from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and every other weekend work. This on-site role supports a large Tampa Bay health network with comprehensive benefits through BayCare's total rewards package, including PTO, tuition reimbursement,

• Education:Preferred high school or equivalent.
• Experience with cleaning in healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean occupied and discharged patient rooms and offices.

As a Housekeeping team member, you will perform various cleaning and departmental functions in assigned patient and non-patient areas which include:

• Cleaning occupied and discharged patient rooms, as well as offices and ancillary areas
• Linen distribution
• Equipment and supply maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
