Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. seeks a Floor Care Technician for a 35-hour week in Wauwatosa, WI. You’ll maintain floors across commercial sites, using waxing, buffing and carpet care techniques, under supervision. Training provided; join a team focused on reliability and safety.

This direct-hire role offers medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching up to 4%, paid time off, and weekly pay Fridays. Must be 18+ and able to work early morning shifts and nights.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good time management and teamwork.
