Marshalls in Cumming, GA is hiring for a store Associate responsible for cleaning, floor care, and maintaining a safe, organized store environment. You will operate scrubber and buffer, perform dusting, mopping, and window cleaning while supporting various store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Maintains floor care cleanliness standards and operates scrubber and buffer
• Keeps store areas clean: Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and lounges
• Adheres to Health and Safety policies and refills essential items
• Cross-trained in other store areas to support business needs
• Supports Front End coverage needs
• Upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed
• Follows operational and loss prevention controls and shrink reduction
• Communicates accurately with management and associates
• Adheres to labor laws and break policies
• Supports safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
