Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in floor care.
• Experience leading janitorial or floor care teams preferred.
• Ability to work irregular hours and travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Train and supervise Floor Technicians.
• Ensure timesheets are completed per job site.
• Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors.
• Buff floors.
• Scrub floors.
• Lay wax and strip wax.
• Carpet extraction and shampooing.
