Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Floor Tech to uphold floor and carpet care standards across commercial properties. You will perform dust mopping, buffing, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet extraction to support a safe, clean environment for guests and tenants.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work irregular hours with minimal travel. We offer competitive pay, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Floor technician experience is a plus.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be able to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of floor and carpet care.
• Complete timesheets per job site.
• Dust mop/sweep, buff, scrub, lay/wax, strip wax, and shampoo carpets.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
