Peoples Bank is seeking a Floating Universal Banker I to travel to multiple Illinois locations (excluding Chicago). You will provide prompt, friendly service, handle teller transactions, and promote bank products. A 10% float stipend sweetens the role for eligible travel, with focus on customer engagement and efficient operations.

The position requires flexibility, sales orientation, and the ability to work independently and with a team while following bank policies and procedures.

Competenze

• Six months of customer service or cash handling experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Must have a smartphone capable of security features per IT guidelines.

Mansioni

• Process teller line transactions including deposits, loan payments, and checks.
• Count and balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow BSA/AML/OFAC policies and report suspicious activity.
• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend bank products and services.
• Open and close banking center operations and perform end-of-day processing.
