Job summary

Truist is seeking a Float Universal Banker to travel between multiple branches within the designated area and deliver high-quality client service. You will handle a variety of transactions, educate clients on digital channels, and support sales and service activities as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for Saturdays or extended hours. Competitive benefits accompany regular full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Proven and consistent proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work under guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and team support.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Make client servicing calls and present client offers or referrals to the appropriate branch team.
• Support team by identifying client needs and opportunities and referring to specialists.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution.
• Float to multiple branches within designated coverage area as scheduled.
• Follow direction from Branch Leader for designated day/week.
