Job summary

Truist is seeking a Float Universal Banker who will travel to multiple branches within a designated coverage area to deliver high-quality client service. You will handle a range of transactions, advise on digital banking options, and support sales initiatives through client referrals.

The role requires the ability to work across branches, maintain accurate records, and adhere to internal controls while staying updated on policies. Some weekend hours may be required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to operate office equipment and perform basic math.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions and guidelines.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service and support the team.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online & Mobile).
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch team or specialist.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Complete training classes and online learning to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as the point of contact for account maintenance and issue resolution.
• Float to multiple branches within the designated coverage area.
