Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and assist with routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing).
• Learn and adapt quickly to different branch processes and teams.
• Educate members on products and digital tools; assist with account questions and issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for transactions.
• Support branch goals by referring members to lending, account services, or investments.
