This unique opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, adaptability, and stepping in where help is most needed. You will serve at different branches throughout Orlando, supporting teams, covering absences, and ensuring consistent member experiences no matter the location. This role offers a base pay of $18.00 per hour. Due to the travel requirements across multiple locations, crewmembers in the Floating role receive an additional $160.00 driving stipend per paycheck, with the opportunity to self-promote and receive a pay increase in your first year!
Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring every interaction is personal and positive.
Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
Educate members on FAIRWINDSproducts, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking, helping them manage their finances more conveniently.
Assist members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly.
Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions.
Support branch goals by identifying member needs and referring them to appropriate teammates for lending, account services, or investment solutions.
Maintain the appearance and organization of your teller station and the branch environment.
Participate in individual and team coaching sessions to build product knowledge and improve member service skills.
Flexibility to work at various branch locations across the Seminole/Volusia County Floater area
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily within a designated region
A strong desire to serve others and help them improve their financial lives.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
Comfortable handling cash and working with technology in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Previous customer service, retail, or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required; we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
