Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Langley AFB, VA seeks a dynamic Floating Store Manager to lead service and back-shop teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit and develop staff while overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of supervisory experience, solid customer service and cash-handling skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college/technical program preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in automotive service or related environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure optimal staffing and service levels.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Train associates on customer care, Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs), and store systems.
• Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relations.
• Partner with Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
• Serve as a key holder and perform opening/closing responsibilities.
