Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You’ll recruit, hire, and develop top talent; oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, safety, and customer satisfaction; coach associates on vehicle care and store systems; and manage profitability, inventory, and vendor relations while maintaining a welcoming, service-driven storefront.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college or technical program preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in automotive service or related environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure optimal staffing and service levels.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Train associates on customer care, CVIs, and store systems.
• Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relations.
• Partner with Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
• Serve as a key holder and perform opening/closing responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college or technical program preferred.

Physical Demands
