Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care - AR North Little Rock 028 - 29 is seeking a Floating Store Manager to lead service and back-shop teams, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will recruit and develop staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain safety and profitability in a busy automotive service environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a focus on customer care, with availability for varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college or technical program preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in an automotive service or related environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure optimal staffing and service levels.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Train associates on customer care, CVIs, and store systems.
• Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relations.
• Partner with Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
• Serve as a key holder and perform opening/closing responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

Physical Demands:
