Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Saint Paul, MN seeks a dynamic Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales in a fast-paced automotive setting. You will oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service, while developing staff and maintaining profitability.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year supervisory experience, strong communication and cash-handling skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• 1+ year supervisory experience in automotive service or related environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate service and back-shop teams to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to ensure optimal staffing and service levels.
• Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Train associates on customer care, Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs), and store systems.
• Manage store profitability, visual presentation, inventory integrity, POS transactions, and vendor relations.
• Partner with Fleet business team to grow and maintain customer relationships.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure fair resolution.
• Serve as a key holder and perform opening/closing responsibilities.
