Flik Hospitality Group seeks a Floating Sous Chef to oversee culinary operations for United Airlines Lounges across multiple airports. You will assist in supervision, menu development, ordering, and daily kitchen tasks while traveling to SFO, DEN, EWR, IAD and ORD.

This role suits a dynamic culinary professional eager to lead programs and collaborate with a local executive chef. Responsibilities include cost control, menu planning, catering execution, and launching new culinary programs in

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience required.
• Catering experience a plus.
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Institutional and batch cooking experience helpful.
• Knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Proficient with computer tools incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.
• Willing to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities.
• ServSafe certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures for the account.
• Assists the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
• Produces and executes catering events.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.
