Job summary

This full-time role requires 2+ years of residential maintenance, CFC and HVAC certifications, strong plumbing and electrical skills, and a valid driver's license. On-call hours apply, with competitive pay, benefits, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field.
• CFC certification and HVAC certifications are required.
• Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties if needed.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment work orders and turnovers promptly.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Maintain common areas, property buildings, and pool areas.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service in all interactions.

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance of our property. Your hands-on expertise will cover everything from completing apartment work orders and turnovers to performing repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances. You'll also be responsible for maintaining common areas, property buildings, and pool areas, contributing to the overall upkeep of the community.

Key Responsibilities Include
