Job summary

Meineke is seeking a Floating Service Advisor/Manager to oversee customer satisfaction and operational excellence across multiple Southern New Jersey and Bucks County centers. The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites.

You will manage labor, expenses, and dispatch, while tracking KPIs and ensuring safety compliance. A flexible retail schedule and uniform support are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail sales environment.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Valid operator’s license with a clean driving record; automotive knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review repairs with customers and monitor daily service quality for satisfaction.
• Provide management coverage across multiple Meineke locations in Southern NJ and Bucks County.
• Manage labor and expenses, dispatch work properly, and ensure compliance with governmental requirements.
• Track KPI metrics (car count, sales, ARO, gross profit, technician productivity).
• Maintain equipment for safety and secure data (cash, credit, employee records).
• Lead effective team meetings and address personnel issues.
