Essentia Health is seeking a Float Pool RN for St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd/Baxter, MN. This role involves floating to Medical, Med/Surg, IMC/ICU, and ED units, with 60 hours per pay period and rotating 12-hour shifts on days or nights.

Hybrid option may apply; eligibility for a hiring incentive is noted. The position requires BSN or ADN and at least 1 year of acute care RN experience, with active state licensure and ACLS/BCLS requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS within one month.
• ACLS within one year.

Responsabilités

• Lead Patient Care by organizing and delivering comprehensive care through all phases of the patient care process.
• Guide and delegate care responsibilities to nursing staff based on licensure, training, and role specifications.
• Contribute to Essentia Health's mission and goals, impacting the community served.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
