Job summary

Essentia Health in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated team across medical-surgical units, ED, and IMC. You will provide adaptable, high-quality patient care and support across shifts in a hospital setting.

The role requires BSN or ADN, active MN RN licensure, BCLS within one month, ACLS within one year, and a commitment to patient safety and collaborative teamwork within the Essentia Health mission.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within one month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within one year

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Care across the patient care process
• Guide and Delegate to nursing staff based on licensure and role specifications
• Contribute to Essentia's mission and goals in the community we serve
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards
